We understand that financial circumstances can sometimes be a barrier to participation. To ensure inclusivity, a limited number of waivers of membership fees are available each year.
However, please note that our capacity to offer waivers is constrained as our primary funding source comes from membership dues, which in most years do not fully cover our conference and operational expenses.
To apply for a waiver, please complete the Waiver Application Form by briefly explaining your reasons for requesting a waiver. The deadline for new requests is December 15, 2024.
Applications will be considered case-by-case, and all information provided will be kept confidential. After successfully submitting, decisions will be communicated as soon as possible.
